I usually buy Miracle Gro because it's been around forever and has a good reputation. However I actually prefer the ProMix. The ProMix soil is darker and just looks richer. Just to make sure my plants were getting the nutrients they needed I added Miracle Gro food spikes to the pots after I planted my plants in the ProMix. It's been a couple of weeks and my plants are doing well. From now on I think I'll be using ProMix.

I never thought I could be a plant mom, but this magic sand mix completely changed the game! My poor Palmy was on the brink of disaster, and my Monstera looked like it had given up. But after adding this mix, both plants bounced back to life and even survived 3 weeks without water while still thriving! It's premium quality, and honestly, I’m amazed at how resilient they’ve become. This stuff is a lifesaver!

Good mix. I’ve never had a problem getting fungal gnats from this brand like I have with miracle gro potting soil. I usually add perlite and orchid bark to this for drainage otherwise it can hold on to water too much. I also add worm castings as a fertilizer when mixing it. I always rebuy this soil!

Bought this April 5 for $7.99 plus tax, which came to $9.19 and now it's selling for $19.11 plus delivery fee of 7.96? I'll buy it at Rona next time.
