I break down the larger chunks and poor boiling water over them to rehydrate, then strain.My cat gets this onve a day, he's 7 months and with proper natural protein and exercise he is now a BEAST of muscle.This is an excellent product for cats, more value given their size.Thanks.

My cat's have always these treats but the can get expensive if you are buying the ones for cats. I'm so happy to see that they finally have these catered for dogs so you get way more for your money. The only difference is the size per treat but they break apart really easily

I see that this product has consistently high reviews so I'm not sure if people are examining this product closely enough. First of all it was mostly powder, very few treat size pieces, but more seeiously were the occasional not completely dry pieces. There were some pieces that right out of the bag were still damp enough to bend. They looked like the joint from the end of the chicken breast where the wing or leg had been attached. Chicken parts which are not thoroughly dried out and are kept unfridgerated could be a serious health risk. Even worse was that some of the pieces contained bits of broken bone which could do damage in the dog's digestive system. I would have returned the bag but then I couldn't write a review.

They may be for dogs but my cats adore them! The bag is Giant and it takes a very long time to go through with just one kitty but that as far as I'm concerned is a great thing. The quality is top notch, they are truly bits of freeze-dried chicken with no additives which is exceptional in my opinion. The bag is relatively inexpensive, especially in comparison to buying in store. They have always been extremely fresh with no complaints from my cat!By the bottom of the bag usually there is a excess of crushed up chicken pieces - so, I use the bits at the bottom of the bag for a Topper on my dog's food as well. She loves these treats too!I should definitely mention that we have very picky animals in my house and this is about the only thing they all like! And that is saying a lot- we have tried a whole lot of different treats!

Our dog is not at all picky when it comes to treats, but she sure liked these freeze dried cubes of pure chicken. They are easy to carry in s treat pouch!

My girls love these dog treats. They're already gone. They love the flavor. They were able to chew on them for a little while before they were all gone, but they absolutely love them.

I love that it's just chicken. I have purchased this from stores and loved it. This package, however, arrived with most of the contents (probably 90%!) pulverized. Good as a food topper, impossible to feed as a treat.

Dogs love them and it feels like a really great value. Huge bag of freeze dried chicken. Much more than I expected. I use them as rewards and sprinkle on their food.However, not sure if my bag got squished in transport, but it's mostly small shreads of chicken with a few handfuls of bigger inch-long pieces (from the pic i was expecting most of the bag to be chunks, but probably 20% is chunks and the rest strings and tiny (1-3 mm) pieces). Not ideal for training because of this. I'll still order again though as it is such a great value. 👍
