Does what it says. However, if you have too much of a bag hanging out, the wind can grab it and unravel an entire roll.

I feel like every time it was my turn to take the dog out to do his business my wife ALWAYS used the last bag right before me... and now I had to walk back to get a new roll of bags.We'll not anymore!Highly recommend the product attach it somewhere in ur yard out of sight! The magnets are strong and the cover won't come off on its own. It's been outside for a few rainy/snowy days and no watter has gotten inside. Just open slowly when changing out the roll as the next one might fall out.
