If there is a defect issue with the item we must be contacted we will confirm purchase with basic ship to information name address. We must confirm the defect issue in order to replace. Before six months we take care of all shipping. After six months we will take care of the shipping of the replacement but the purchaser is required to ship in for testing. It looks very poorly made I'm not very impressed with quality it also states that this radiator is thicker than oem it most definitely is not I will use it because I'm in a pinch to get this vehicle on the road again I would probably look for a different brand if your looking for quality
