appears to be heat treated steel alloy pin with safety clip.looks like it should fit farm tractor double hole hitch .I will trust it with 60hp tractor pulling hay bailer and wagon.adding a cable or nylon cord would be easy .BEST hitch pin I have ever seen . (60+years)
