Rapid casualty evacuation from active shooter and TEMS response environments to casualty collection and triage areas continues to be a challenge in many incidents. Often, there's a lack of available litters at the scene to effectively and rapidly move patients. The Rescue Essentials QuikLitter line of lightweight, compact litters is the solution to this problem. The original QuikLitter (ASIN B004ESX556) and the QuikLitter XL (ASIN B01L2WAJCS) have been extremely popular with both law enforcement and EMS as a low cost, highly effective tool for moving casualties or as a patient transfer device. Rescue Essentials has now developed the QuikLitter Lite. This low-cost emergency litter is an even lighter, more compact, version of our popular QuikLitter. It features ten large hand-holds, four on each side and one each at the head and foot, allowing for easy patient handling. With a load capacity tested to 750 lbs, it can be employed for everyday use as a soft stretcher as well as MCI emergency patient transport. Even more important, the QuikLitter Lite comes vacuum packed small enough to fit into the cargo pocket of most tactical and EMS pants. A rescue litter you can fit into your cargo pocket! For carrying on your tactical or rescue task force vest use our QuikLitter Lite Utility Pouch. The QuikLitter Lite is constructed of heavy duty nylon webbing, and backed with a lightweight water-resistant nylon material and is latex-free. This is the ideal RESCUE TASK FORCE Casualty Collection Device and for under $30, it can be affordably stocked in every Bleeding Control Kit as well as added to every emergency vehicle including law enforcement fleets.

Fantastic piece of gear for group outtings. Light enough to carry in your pack on a regular basis. Makes moving an injured much easier and safer than msking your own litter.

it seems to work well for the price. We used it during training on a volunteer who weighed about 260 Lb. No problem lifting him and moving . it's rated for 750 Lbs, haven't had anyone over 500Lbs in a few yrs

What's your trauma kit missing? A decompression needle? Hemostatic agent? Multiple tourniquets? I bet you have all the cool airway and bleed gee-gaws (as you should!), but what do you do when you have a patient who isn't ambulatory, and you're by yourself? The recent hurricanes exposed this deficiency in people's kits when their injured were in places you simply couldn't get a gurney. Put one in your car, on your boat, your camel caravan, you're whatever, but this is the kind of kit that takes a potentially life threatening situation, and turns it into an inconvenience
