These are the same resistors found online in many places. They are fine if you're soldering them but if you're prototyping then the leads are very thin and unreliable on solderless breadboard. A new breadboard is likely OK but contacts become unreliable if your breadboard is used and the internal contacts aren't in perfect order from plugging in DIP ic's or parts with thicker leads like power transistors.
