Latency is almost 1 full second, so those speaking on TV are way ahead of headset, very distracting. Probably acceptable otherwise.

My goodness I have a soft spot for these Retro Bluetooth Headphones! The design is a perfect time travel, all the while giving you each and every modern feature that you are looking for.Now bass is solid, the treble and mid-range is pretty clear as well. As for the noise cancelling features, they work perfectly, ideal for traveling or working in loud environments. Connecting through Bluetooth 5.4 was very simple and the connection is strong and retained over long ranges. What catch me off guard the most is the 60 hours of actual playtime! I’ve used them for weeks at a time and never had to plug them into a charger. The inbuilt mic is also a good feature and complaints that the recipient overheard were none when making the calls. In conclusion, these headphones are a marriage of old school design and new age technology. For the users that love the combination of look and performance, I fully recommend them!

Well packaged and high quality appearance, so light weight I don’t even feel it on my head while going to gym, its leather ear cups feel so soft and comfortable, also comes with noise cancellation, and I like its long play time as well.

The first thing I’d like to mention about these headphones is how stylish and cool they look. But there’s more to them than just looks—they’re lightweight and comfortable, making them easy to wear for hours without discomfort. I do wonder if a slightly tighter band might improve the fit. They rest gently on my ears, which works for me, but they might feel loose on a smaller head or for someone with finer hair. The sound quality is generally very good, especially considering the price. The bass is rich and full, while the mids and highs are clear, making both music and podcasts enjoyable to listen to. I did notice some changes when I switched on the noise-cancelling feature. This setting reduces background noise well enough for working from home or general use, quieting things like humming appliances or distant conversations. However, it does affect audio quality slightly, particularly by reducing bass depth and slightly muting clarity with higher-pitched sounds. Because of this, I tend to use noise cancellation mainly when I need to reduce background noise and am less concerned with perfect sound quality, such as when working on my computer. The battery life is impressive given the price—I managed around five hours of continuous playtime from one charge, which fits nicely into my work-from-home schedule. The packaging is also attractive, making them a great gift option if that’s something you’re considering, and the price feels like good value for the quality provided. One area that could be improved is the instruction manual. For Western markets, it would be helpful if English appeared first (currently, sections like the Bluetooth guide are in Chinese first, requiring you to sift through to reach the English text). Adding French and/or Spanish translations would also be beneficial, especially in multilingual regions like Quebec. The good news is the Amazon product information page provides a more comprehensive overview, with images and useful details that can help users if necessary and highlight all the features of these headphones.Overall, these headphones have already become a practical part of my daily routine—stylish, functional, and comfortable. While there may undoubtedly be better (and much more expensive!!) noise-cancelling options out there, these headphones are a solid choice for casual, daily use. I really think they won’t disappoint!

OverallThe Fingertime retro headphones offer quality sound, comfortable wear, and a stylish vintage design at an affordable price. The sound quality is robust, with impressive bass and clear highs, though the noise reduction feature slightly dampens clarity. Ideal for those seeking a budget-friendly, retro-style headset for music and calls, these headphones may even compete with more expensive brands for casual listening.Packaging and SetupThe headphones come attractively packaged, and ready for gifting. Inside, the box includes the headset, a charging cable, and clear instructions. The Bluetooth setup process was trouble-free and the adjustable band ensures a comfortable fit even for larger head sizes.Performance and ExperienceInitially, I was uncertain if these on-ear headphones would be comfortable compared to the over-ear cup style, but they exceeded expectations. The soft cushioning allowed for prolonged wear without discomfort, and the adjustable headband provided a secure fit, even with room to expand. To evaluate sound quality, I tested the headphones with a variety of songs:Pigs (Three Different Ones) - Pink FloydUninvited - Alanis MorissetteCrime Of The Century - SupertrampDark - WesGhostMore Than A Feeling - BostonWhole Lotta Love - Led ZeppelinBaba O’Riley - The WhoWalk That Walk - Dorrough MusicWow - Post MaloneThe bass performance was particularly impressive, delivering deep, rich tones, while the high notes were clear and free of distortion, even at high volumes. The overall audio experience was crisp, but the sound quality noticeably declined with the noise reduction feature enabled, as the bass became subdued and the clarity diminished. For the best audio quality, I recommend keeping noise reduction off unless in particularly noisy environments.During calls, switching to the caller was seamless, though the person on the other end reported a slight "speakerphone effect." Despite this, the call quality was stable, with no noticeable drop-outs.The retro design is eye-catching, and the brown and black colour scheme adds to the classic look. However, wearing the band behind the neck, as some users prefer, may be uncomfortable due to the band’s tendency to rub against the shoulders. For those who don't wear headphones this way, it shouldn't be an issue.OptionsAvailable in the retro brown and black colour scheme, these headphones offer a vintage look that stands out among more modern designs.IssuesWhile the noise reduction feature works, it compromises the sound quality by reducing bass and overall clarity, which may be a downside for audiophiles. Additionally, the behind-the-neck position may not be comfortable for everyone.ProsRich bass and clear highs without distortion at high volumesComfortable fit, even for larger headsSeamless call handling and stable connectivityRetro design with a classic brown and black colour schemeExcellent value for the priceConsNoise reduction mode reduces audio clarity and bassMy Testing & Rating Approach:I spend at least one week testing each product to ensure I can give a genuine, real-life assessment.
