This is probably the most unique bicycle light I've used, available from brand ROCKBROS, which tends to offer a lot of unique and interestingly designed items for bicycles among other things. It's certainly a strange, flat profile design, which I believe is this way in order to be a stable space for an action camera to be mounted on top, though it seems sort of a superfluous waste of space to me, it doesn't really need to be so wide and flat. But it's a robust design, it will certainly hold up to any beating it may take while on the bike path.Otherwise, the gopro-type mount is strong and stable, as is the mount clamp for attaching to a bicycle itself. Overall, I ordered it because I wanted something that could both illuminate and capture video footage in an evening dusk situation where light was waning somewhat, and this solves that problem pretty well. 4 stars.

The beam of this is wide, and not deep. Barely 10 feet ahead of the bike. It's useful as a beam in the solid high-beam state if not going too fast in total darkness. As a flashing light, it's great. Battery stamina is incredible.

I've been a fan of this style light since I started using one from a different brand over a year ago. This one from Rockbros is more affordable and has a few tricks up its sleeve, but it's not nearly as refined. The unboxing experience left me disappointed. There's no instruction booklet or anything, just some printed instructions on the box itself. You do get a short USB-C charging cable and a GoPro mount that can be attached to the underside of the unit if you like. This unit is heavier than expected, but that's because it has a large, 5000mah battery built in. This battery can be used to charge other devices in a pinch, thanks to the built-in multi-function charging cable. This includes bike computers, other bike lights, and even a smartphone. The cable has a USB-C, lightning and microUSB plug on it with the lighting and microUSB sharing the same connector. This integrated cable feels cheap, and using the microUSB plug feels as if I'm going to break the port of whatever I'm charging it into. It does work, but I do worry about damaging my devices. The USB-C charging port on the light has a small rubber flap to protect it from getting wet, but it does NOT look like it seals very well, and the two halves of the light's case appears to leave a channel for water to enter the charging port.On my other light (from a different brand), I've been in downpours without worrying at all. But this Rockbros light makes me think twice about using it when there might be a chance of rain. The light itself has several modes ranging from solid (high and low), as well as two different flashing modes. The light is NOT sufficient for nighttime riding, despite what the listing says. This is a daytime running light, and nothing more. The battery life in the flashing modes is impressive, with the "single flash" mode giving up to 200 hours of battery life! Enough for a short bike tour! Now to the main feature of this type of light: the fact that you can mount a Garmin bike computer to the top of it, saving space and giving your bike a clean look. And if you want to attach a light or action camera under it, that can be done, too!Despite the weight penalty, I still think this is a useful light to have, especially since it doubles as a battery bank.I hope that Rockbros can refine the look and finish of this light in a second version, as I think this is currently the weak point of this light.

It's a bit plastiky feeling, and a bit cheap feeling. The button for function/power is quite terrible. Definitely not waterproof. But on longer rides, this is a fantastic battery bank for a camera, light, phone or bike computer. When in use with my Garmin 1040, it is a bit tight, the plastic adapter is cheap feeling and looking, and doesn't have that satisfying 'click'. It's fine I think. As for the cable, its a flat thin cable, a bit delicate feeling, which is a general feeling about this product in general. It's......ok? The rated size of 5000mah is fine, more of an emergency use case in my opinion. As for the light, its not great for anything except as a 'be seen' light for others to see you. There are plenty of variations of flashing, and a solid light. In a bind, its ok, but the leds behind a difused plastic cover really doesn't help. The cable has two ports, one for USB-C and the other a neat little hybrid Lightning and micro-USB. USB charges fairly slowly but should be mostly fine.Overall, this is a good product, a very REASONABLE alternative to the ridiculous Garmin battery. Sure it might be 'wireless' with pins for charging, but this battery bank bike computer adapter is a very very reasonable and inexpensive option. It's cheap, 5000mah, built in cable, lightweight and can be sandwiched between a Garmin bike computer and mount.

When I saw this on Amazon, my first reaction was that it was a more affordable option to the original R***men. Not only is it 2x as heavy, there are no setup instructions included, other than miniscule printing on the box. I found setup instructions on AliExpress, of all places!!! It works fine once you get it figured out. As far as using it as a power bank, there's absolutely no way of pulling the wraparound cable free, at least on the unit I was shipped. After a couple of attempts, using minimum force, I was worried that if I really tugged on it, the USB-C port cover would tear off. BTW, if you return this item, there's a $6.60 return fee.On the plus side, by mounting it on your outfront bracket, it frees up handlebar space. I have a Wahoo Roam and there was no problem once I reoriented the connectors.I usually use my daytime running lights on the strobe/flash setting. I'm not sure how bright this light is as the plastic cover is opaque, rather than clear plastic, which dulls the effect somewhat.

I am honestly baffled by how good the quality is. The plastics are solid as hell. Feels like an Apple product.
