There's definitely a learning curve to this bag. The bag size is enough to carry my food and spare clothes for commuting.

Used this bag for about a year. Everything works well. People are complaining about the bag being not stiff enough, however if you know how to pack your stuff you'll be fine. Would buy again.

This product lacks a proper mechanism to adjust its bulky base and its accurate dimension should be labelled, not only the length but the height of depth is the most critical. The demo pictures on the web are very deceiving, it shows a huge bike frame with a high seat post, yet it is not always the case. The plastic mount is not able to be fixed tightly unless the arch of your saddle is very unique. Also, the storage status of this bag can not accommodate anything but itself.
