Easy install. Took maybe 45 min and most of that is holding the sway bar and stabilizer up to bolt them back in ( two people would help but one can do it). Definitely took out the slop out of the steering. It’s a better driving experience immediately. Heavy. Well built. Came with all the hardware. Watch a video or two online. Easy install and the improvement you get is well worth the money.Side note. You are essentially bolting the Pittman arm to the frame on both rails so you will “feel” the road a little more than before. If it bothers you then it’s Probly a sign you also need to replace the shocks. Overall good product and well worth the cost for what it does for you.

The reason i bought this was because after leveled and put on 35x12.50s my 2014 2500 constantley wandered and swayed on the road and any imperfection in the road would cause the steering wheel to jerk one way or the other.Im a welder by trade and have worked with metal for 15 years. I was blown away by the quality of the product this was. The tubing was heavy wall and the brackets were 3/16 possibly 1/4 i didnt measure. The welds looked very good and were not pigeon poop like you useally see on stuff like this. The actual bearing and pitman stub were very well made AND there is a grease fitting already imstalled WITH boot. The install is simple enough. Altho kind of a b@tch by yourself..there are videos online if you like videos instead of the paper directions which i will say were not bad...This is a heavy part... If you drop it on your face your gonna bleed. Id suggest a helper to hold either the sway bar or brace while you hold the other and put in bolts..if your working solo 2 jack stands or a jack..MAKE SURE YOU DONT CROSS THREAD THE FOUR 10MM BOLTS FOR THE STABILZER..this is easy to do if your working by yourself. This is well worth the price.

Edit: Really happy with the improvement in steering feel now that I've put some miles on it, steering is more stable on bumpy roads, doesn't jump around as much.Good fit on my 2016 3500 srw. My truck is low mileage and wasn't overly sloppy to begin with -- but I think it's tightened it up a bit at highway speeds, and it seems to be more stable on rough roads. As for the product -- quality seems ok. I deducted a star as the paint was rubbed off on two parts of it from shipping or storage -- I will have to touch up before the winter. If they wrapped it in 10 cents worth of foam, there would be no issue. Also, the instructions are brutal -- any dummy half competent with a wrench can figure out how to put this on, but the instructions don't include torque values, and even the tool list is wrong.

My 15 year old son put this on my truck. I "supervised."*I would recommend two people to do this install as the brace is HEAVY and trying to put it in place (moving it around to get the holes to line up and get it to fit over the sway bar while getting the nut through the brace opening takes a bit of time and then "finger tighten" the bolts is a bit of a struggle with just one person. As you can see from one of my photos the inner nut on the right side appears to not be in all the way in. I don't know if we had not threaded it correctly and then "forced it" or if it just didn't line up right. I'll have to keep an eye on it. All the other bolts went in just fine.*I would recommend using a jack stand to hold the sway bar up after removing the bolts.*I would recommend using an impact driver to remove nuts and a DEEP socket (I had to go to a specialty tool store to get the correct length of socket: 1 3/4) to put the provided steering nut on as you are putting it on from the extended side.*You can reuse the lock washer (which was not mentioned in the directions) but I also put lock tight on the threads as stated in the directions. This was not stated in the directions, but you should consider putting lock tight on the new bolts holding the sway bar and the brace when you reinstall them.*The four small washers are used for the new sway bar bolts. The four larger washers are used for the larger bolts that hold the bearing in place with the locking nuts (one on the front and one on the back of the bearing plate). If you don't have enough washers for this set up you are missing washers.*Make sure the grease nipple is facing out (towards the front of the truck), not in (towards the back).I have read many complaints of the bearing not sliding onto the new nut and I solved this problem by greasing the inside of the bearing, with my finger, to make sure there was no sticking or binding while sliding the nut into it.It was a pretty straight forward install. Most of my time was wasted trying to find the right size sockets, as watching videos on Youtube on how to install, people either gave the wrong size socket or no size at all. The directions state you need a 33mm socket to remove the original steering nut. Let me save you some time here: Lowes, Home Depot, Autozone, Napa Auto Parts, and WalMart (although you can order it on line from them) DO NOT carry that size of socket in their stores and it's not a socket you will find in most boxed kits. I was able to use a 1 7/8 socket to get the original steering nut off. I used a 1 3/4 socket to put the extended steering nut on. I had to put a 1/2 inch adapter on the 1 7/8 socket.I had a good 6 inches, from side to side, play in the wheel when going down the road. Seems to have made the "play" in the wheel less "free," if that makes sense, but it still seems to be there. If the play in the wheel doesn't bother you I'm honestly not sure putting this thing on is really worth the effort, which is why it got 4 stars instead of 5. Only time will tell.
