I do hvac for a living and a few weeks ago i threw out my back setting a unit. That night after some ibuprofen and a whiskey I did some googling to solve this problem and discovered these lifts. I immediately bought one. It was shipped very nicely in a sturdy crate. All parts were there. I made a few modifications to make it quick disconnect to my trailer. And it works fantastic. Turns out I didn't read the whole add and was pleasantly surprised when it included 2 wireless remotes for winch control as well as the tradition wired. Total assembly time including modifications was 4 hrs with 3 people. Great product would highly recommend it.

I mounted this winch in the back of my Isuzu NPR dump. I use it to lift 200+ lb 35 gallon totes of food scraps. It will handle much more than this weight. Sturdy build. The only thing that you will need to do is put some kind of cover over the wiring at the winch if you are going to use it out in the elements

Didn't expect much for what I paid but it's pretty bad. Bolts are too small for the base plate, tabs for pulley aren't square so pulley is pinched and doesn't spin, cable on the winch was a rats nest. If they charged another $800 and made it better it might be worth it. I went overkill for what I need and it's still questionable. It works but I don't have a lot of faith it will last very long.

I'm in the midst of building a custom flat deck truck and was looking for some type of jib crane to add to the deck. I ordered the Rugcel 1100lb unit with the 3500lb winch, and I am so excited about it.Heavy gauge steel, and clean and well fabricated. I always inspect weld quality on products like these where it is critical, and they are top notch. Everything is true and square making the install very simple. The spin-lock mechanism is very solid, and the boom spins extremely freely when unlocked (You'll have to be careful of this and keep it locked when you don't want an engine block swinging into the side of your truck!)The only thing I'm not absolutely thrilled about is the winch controller. It will do the job, but it just won't work for my setup. The wiring is a little too short, and I cant have the large handheld controller swinging from the back of the truck. I'll add some type of plug system where I can just attach the controller when using the crane.A local logging company has seen this unit on my truck, and they're now planning to add it to their service truck units for loading heavy machine parts aboard while off grid.Again, awesome value. Thrilled.

Great little crane. I'm moving a lot of heavy materials and this crane doesn't miss a beat. The only problem with it is the remote is permanently attatched to the winch so it gets wet. I solved this problem by adding a small forklift type plug ( see pics). Only took about 10 minutes but would be nice if it came with the plug already attached. That is the only reason it's not 5 stars

heavy gauge steel. two bearings for 360 deg rotation. had metal shaving and sand when i opened it so i cleaned it up and applied some marine grease. very smooth now. the only thing i think could be improved is the base plate-it's too small!! but i understand that would require a bigger crate to ship it. mounted my 2000lb winch with the enclosed bolts into threaded holes with no problem. very happy with it.(the jetski is more than 400lb)

First of all the box came in all kicked in ,This “crane “ is so week its useless , it can lift a empty job box but cant even lift 300poundsNo way you can lift 1100 pounds with that what a lie
