This isn't the first time I've ordered and used these. In fact, I have them on Subscribe & Save. They are of quality final. Each section has two pockets. I write on the tabs with a white paint pen and that works for me. Right now I'm using one for each book of the Bible I am studying. Working well for me.

Amazon for the win! I had a similar, smaller, color coded 6 tab booklet that I was using for essential bills to pay/priority items. I was looking for a larger version (more tabs) when I found this. I have been using it for months now and it's been the best. Especially during a house sale, house search and a place to keep important files. This file system can be used for any project you are working on.I used to have the 2" thick and heavy Globe-Weis Everyday File & Fast Sorter with 31 folders. (The Smead Desk File Sorter is similar and smaller). I prefer this Samsill because each document is fully visible. The Globe-Weis sat ignored and forgotten. Anyone can use this to get their essential documents and projects close by and organized.I think everyone needs to have this.There is a notepad in the back of it and I don't use it. Despite all the paper filed inside, it does not feel bulky.

Very spacious, holds a lot of paper.Only down side is the spiral misses the last 2 holes as it winds out.Love it though. Use to hold all my class info. Grate to take anywhere
