This thing saved me during a brutally wet canoe trip in Algonquin park. It packs small, and opens into a head to toe poncho. As a backup for terrible weather it's absolutely worth it.Thick enough it won't rip, but thin enough that you won't feel like you are cooking inside it.

Nice and Big. Covers you well. Looks great. Folds up and stores easily. The only downside was that the smell of the new material when you 1st open it up. This does go away after a few uses.

Bought this to keep in the boat for emergencies. Seems to be of good quality. Haven’t had the chance yet to test it out.

I bought TWO of these just before going on an Alaska cruise. Because we've heard it rains 300 days of the year in southern Alaska I thought "to be prepared" it would be a good idea to have these for my wife and I stashed in the bottom of my back pack whenever we went ashore. Well guess what, IT RAINED !We ended up using these ponchos quite a few times on this trip. Easy to put on and take off, and once dry very easy to fold up and put back into the small storage bag that comes with them. They are sturdy and look like they will last us for quite some time.My only negative comment is that it only covered my arms up to about my elbows... BUT this is a PONCHO so that is expected ! My wife who is a head shorter than me had her arms covered up to more than half way down from her elbows. BUT everywhere else we were kept bone dry. The hoods work very well (easily kept our heads dry) and the hood's brim nicely kept the rain away from my glasses.A GREAT HIGH QUALITY PONCHO. We're glad that we had them with us.

Fits great, packs well, keeps the wind at bay and the water off. Does what it’s supposed to do.

I ordered stone red and received something in between the galaxy print and black/orange/yellow. It's still a functional poncho so I'm just keeping it. The brim on the hood and a front pocket are nice features. The "sleeves" are quite short. It barely reaches below my elbows. (I'm 6'1".) If I'm out in the rain wearing long sleeves, my lower arms will be soaked.

This product works really well! It is super lightweight and compact. It is entirely waterproof and will keep you dry. I really like the fact that it can be taken apart and used as a tarp, and I have used it in this form for building emergency shelters or for a base in the snow.A few things to note about this product:Firstly, it is huge. This is not necessarily a big deal however. it would be more than enough to cover yourself and a huge hiking backpack. The reason I mentioned this is because it may not exactly be stylish.Secondly, this product is super thin. This is not necessarily a bad thing either, it makes it super light-weight. however id does not provide any type of insolation or heat.

Great poncho for emergencies. Easily fits over back pack and unclips to make a makeshift shelter. Only thing is fabric seems a bit frail but I have not tested it out yet.
