Beautiful slightly bendy gel-like resin plastic. Stands on it's own but you could bend the legs somewhat if it doesn't, initially. Not brittle plastic. Came well packaged, with cardboard packing between the legs to prevent them from collapsing together it bending during the long trip from Germany to the US to my house. Somewhat translucent at the thinnest points like lower legs. Very pretty.

We have been getting thee figurines for 15 plus years. Our now 3 year old loves it. Love they haven’t down graded their quality.

Got all but one of the baby unicorn set since one was out of stock and not available for 2 months and I needed it for Christmas. So stinking cute! Perfect for stocking stuffers. Schleich makes very good, durable toys.(Wish they were a bit cheaper.) I still have my old toys from 10+ years ago, still colorful, quite durable.

Really pretty and worth the cost. My daughter loves it! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I'm not certain that the glitter will last, but it will be just as wonderful without.
