I was on a five day fishing/boating trip and needed to step up my rod holder situation. These were amazingly easy to secure to the boat. They held the rods as advertised and after a few striped bass hookups, I was confident they could handle anything we were going to get into. The ease of getting these rods out in the moment, with ease, and without undoing latches/straps, really made it worth it.

Being Scotty it is very well made. You've got to get used to it as it's a rather unique form of rod holder but it does work good.

Everyone that fishes with me wants to know where I got them. Far easier and faster then other holders on the market. You can easily pull rod off holder without disturbing the line and spooking the fish. I have had an 8 ft sturgeon hit and try to run and the holder did its job.. Will never go back to any other style.

Die Rutenhalter kosten zwar etwas mehr, sind aber ihr Geld wert. Würde ich immer wieder kaufen. Hatte erst zwei bestellt, weil ich mir die erst anschauen wollte... und dann noch einmal direkt zwei gekauft, weil gut. So muss ich am Boot weniger wechseln. Jegliche Ruten stehen sicher, wenn auf diese Halter gelegt. Einfach nur gut. Man könnte meinen, dass die Einstellungen zum schwenken (Winkel) nach links und rechts etwas feiner sein könnten, aber das würde dann auf Kosten der Stabilität gehen und die ist mir persönlich wichtiger. Man will schließlich ausschließen, dass evtl. teures Gear bei einem stärkeren Biss baden geht.
