Recieved all 4 rodholder mounts and vertical pieces aswell as all 4 rodholders, however as seen in the attached photo one of the rodholders is missing a lock

This is the best rod holder I've ever owned. It has a positive locking mounting bracket so even the largest fish can't pull the rod or rod holder into the water

This rod holder, in my humble opinion, is the best one Scotty offers. I was in Alaska a few weeks ago and the boat I was on was equipped with the Scotty 230 Power Lock rod holders. It was challenging to get the rod out of the holder with a big salmon on and I lost a huge monster of the deep because it took too long to get the rod out of the rod holder and set the hook. I have since purchased the ORCA 400 rod holders and I am switching out the Scotty Power Lock holders with the Orca 400 rod holders. It is much easier and fast to remove the rod from these holders and I highly recommend them over the 230's.
