Was able to remove them and install new ones (Without removing whole lever mechanism from handlebars) using a little bit of alcohol based hand sanitizer as lubricant. Great fit!

Unfortunately there are subtle differences in the older 105 hoods. The ones I received were close, but do not fit. A $20 education.
