Read reviews, liked and decided to trust reviews, bought item. Installed item. Works. Now for how long they will last? We shall see. But initial remarks are I am a satisfied customer.

I was apprehensive about ordering the mirrors. After much searching I finally found exactly what I needed and at a good price. "OK, so what's the catch....". Crossed my fingers and ordered.The package arrived when promised and seeing how well it was packaged was a good sign. I opened the box and found a nice, well done booklet showing pin placement, etc and an unexpected set of small trim removal tools. This bodes well!I opened the driver side mirror. It had some weight to it and looked to be a very close match to the one I was replacing. Very easy install. Everything lined up and matched the OEM part perfectly. Now for the real test... does it actually work.Cranked my truck, and pushed some buttons. Folding works. Power adjustments work. Everything works!!Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Great item. Great company. Will not hesitate to order agian!

The driver side mirror made the truck throw codes instantly. My mechanic was fed up with trying to troubleshoot and reinstall, recently ordered set from different seller but misinformed, no power fold. Customer service was awesome and I do not write reviews but had to on this situation. They tried to help resolve issue and after I had no choice I had to return the item. I appreciate the ways they assist me and thankful for solutions. If I was handy, they would had me on the right path. Again,this customer service was outstanding and appreciated.
