The 42.6ft ultra-long string with 160 LEDs provides a really nice ambiance, whether I’m using them for camping, hiking, or just decorating the backyard. I love how versatile these lights are—solar powered during the day and also USB rechargeable, which is super convenient when you need a backup charge. The remote control is a great feature too, allowing me to adjust the settings without having to get up and mess with the lights. The different modes, like flashing or steady on, give me a lot of flexibility depending on what kind of vibe I want to set. And, the string length is perfect for covering a large area, whether it’s wrapping around a tree or hanging along a fence. However, there are a few things that keep it from being perfect. The solar charging isn’t always as reliable as I’d hoped, especially on cloudy days or if the lights aren’t in direct sunlight for a long time. When the solar power doesn’t charge fully, I’ve had to rely more on the USB recharging—which, while handy, isn’t quite as convenient if you’re out camping and don’t have access to a power source. Also, while the light quality is nice, I noticed that the brightness can sometimes feel a bit underwhelming for larger areas, especially when used as the only source of light. It’s fine for a cozy vibe, but not super bright if you need a lot of illumination.

Whenever we go camping, we like to have a few lights to put up in the trees around so that it kills the darkness and makes you feel a little safer at night. It also puts a nice glow on things and can make things feel a little more cozy. Along with that, we will put a bright light or two around in case we need it. This is a great solution for your camping needs.The string of lights is sturdy and easy to unwind and put up in the trees or anything else around. The solar powered based and light is a nice bonus to have around. Love that you can pre-charge this and keep it topped up with solar power and you can even charge devices with it. Lots of built in bonuses.With all that said, here's what it won't do... it's not going to fully light up your camping spot. It's a light glow, not a bright light. If you are looking to light up a camp site, this is not really going to cut it for you. Second, this doesn't hold a massive charge, so using it to charge other devices is really better for an emergency or if it's a bright day out and you can maximize the solar charge. Third, for camping and under the trees, it's going to be hard to keep it charged. It's not a large solar panel and it's going to need every bit of direct light it can get to charge.Great for a short trip or an emergency need to charge something. If you plan to use it only for ambient lighting, you'll be fine. If you are relying on this as your primary source of camping light... you might find it tough.Overall, great product for what it is... small lights for a campsite, the rest is a nice bonus. Really like this product.

Not long had this but already used it everytime I can. Lighting is great, length is correct, easy to use. The remote won’t work unless you turn the power on the light first. Only downside is where you pull out the light line, it felt glued on. I had to get a knife underneath it to snap it free. Heard a crack but luckily was just the superglue I do believe

Another practical feature is that it can also be used to charge small electronic devices with the USB-A port.Size-wise, it’s about the diameter of a cell phone, not overly thick, and fairly lightweight, meaning it can easily be tucked into camping equipment and can also be justified a little spot in an emergency go-bag.Apart from the practicality of a light, it easily holds and conceals a thin string of twinkle lights, which along with the variety of light settings can create a relaxing or fun ambience. A big surprise is the included remote control, elevating it from just a simple camping light. The remote control makes it easy to hang the light in a higher spot like a tree or line and be able to turn on/off or adjust lighting with out having to climb up or pull it down, but can still be operated manually if the remote control gets lost or batter dies.I can easily recommend this little light, the price point of ~$36 (at time of review) is currently discounted %6 and has an additional %15 off coupon, making it a reasonable value.

This light is great. We got it for a camping trip and it lit up our tent one night for the kids and then we strung it easily around our campsite the next for cozy vibes. Unlike our past attempts with twinkle lights, these were simple to roll up and put away just by turning the crank.Several lighting options make it fun and versatile. The solar charging is incredibly convenient when camping and works well. But the USB charging also works well for pre-charging things and the battery lasts a pretty long time.Overall I'm really impressed with this and glad we got it. Will now probably use it for other fun lighting options around the house.The customer service was really great. Our first unit we received worked but then didn't charge. After reaching out to the seller, they were incredibly responsive and upset that we had a bad experience and immediately sent a replacement that arrived quickly and has been working well ever since. This is a really good deal and is backed by a great seller. Thank you!
