For our purposes it is an excellent tool. It helps to develop the muscles and physique my son need for his soccer development. For myself, it helps work many of the muscles I need to develop and strengthen. For my wife, it helps her to compliment her other exercises routines.One thing though that I must express, is that it came with some parts damaged with warped on the corners. It still works for the job, but probably through shipping and handling, I wasn't happy, and still I'm not, that it came that way.

I can do dips and pullups on it and the Attached bench is great for dumbbell work! For the price it's a solid deal to get all that, but that said, the rubber grips on the pullups section do spin a bit when hanging on them which impact the ability to do pullups, I augment with gloves and placing hands on metal sections rather than the red rubber grip.Otherwise I'm happy with the tower, it does wobble at times but as long as you aren't kipping on your pullups it shouldnt impact you with wobbling

ordered this product twice already. same damaged box with missing items arrives.with an old label that proves it came to me before and I bought a new one twice I didn't try to save money with a used one I don't understand how this works.

This has been working fine and if you are looking to save some money its a great option. I will say the material is a bit cheap, the nuts and bolts are low quality and the grips probably wont last a super long time. I have only had it for a little while but overall I am happy with it due to the price.

The package only came with 3 x M8x45 as opposed to 4 that are required.Please send me the 4th that I'm missing
