We put them up under our deck railing the whole way around the deck. They work great. I was a little disappointed that it isn't one solid light but very visibly little dots in a tub, but when you look at the picture in the ad you can clearly see it is as advertised I don't know where I got the idea of a solid light. That being said they look just as good and the over all look turned out better than expected. We have them at our lake spot and they worked all summer the true test is if they still work great after a winter of -20 and snow. Easy to install, we bought little nail clips with a plastic hook to nail them up and it worked perfectly!Worth it!

The solar panel unit for one of the two units I purchased was defective- not turning on when it should and then the timer not working. I bought two and only one is not functioning properly. I already strung these up and installed it so it's a real pain to return the unit. Was hoping the company would reach out to me and send a new solar panel unit but I see no way to contact them direct. When I opened the package I could clearly see the panel had been likely returned already and then shipped to me as new due to scratches on the panel and the protective plastic missing.
