I bought these for two small trees on either side of our front door where there is no electrical outlet. Solar lights I've had before were only so-so, and I bought one set first to see how well it worked. It is terrific so I bought a second. After a sunny day the lights are on for about 4 hours before fading. They are bright, granted they are LED white so not the nice warm light many of us like, but it's not jarring. I'd recommend these! I've had them up for about a month and so far so good.

Didn't want super bright LEDs like some of our neighbours have on their balconies. These are bright enough. The range for on time at night depends on how much sun there is. They are used year around and in winter the on time is very limited, maybe 1.5hrs. but as we are getting more sun through the day they stay on longer and longer. Kind of nice to see the changes as it confirms the changing of the seasons.

I wrapped the fig tree branches before it leafed out knowing I wouldn't be able to get to them afterwards, and it's perfect! Now that the leaves are in it looks like magic, and when there's a breeze the tree looks like it's shimmering.The lights are bright so they make it through the large leaves and they last from dusk until dawn.Very happy with this purchase!
