I was able to use this dipstation as intended. I'm 175 lbs and had no issues, very stable. Not the most fun to assemble, it was simple but not the easiest.

I was skeptical of this dip station given the price, however, it has proven to be well worth the investment. After having used it for about a month of calisthenics routines, I can say that, its not rock solid, but will support a fair amount of weight. I'm 6 foot, around 190lbs give or take and have used it for body weight and weighted dips, leg/knee raises et.c and it was help up great.

I’ve been working out at a gym using dip bars for the past 15+ years and this is a direct comparison to gym equipment for the money it costs. I have recommended this to my gym friends already. What I love the most is that I don’t have to bend my knees when I do my dips! I’m 5’5”.Also the handle bars aren’t flimsy like portable dip bars. 🙂👍
