I like this product especially if I’m running more than one pole. If you get that extra rod stamp, grab one of these to go with it and relax with ease. Product works as designed, fastens in extended position firmly and is stable. Product is slightly thicker than other supports I’ve used, which can make it tough to secure on rocky banks if there’s not a lot of soil, but can usually be wedged securely between rocks and installed without the fear of bending the tool or damaging it. Would purchase again if needed. But have quite a few trips in with these without any damage or concern. Feel they will last many years to come. Simple yet effective.

It carries the weight of the rod while HOLDING THE LINE and waiting for the fish to run and touch it.

Got a couple for my dad and I and we use them all the time whenever we go fishing, they're pretty easy to clean too.

This telescopic rod is not made of aluminum as described. First segment is made of steel and painted. It is magnetic and so, not possible to be made of aluminum. Definitely not corrosion resistant. This is misleading advertising.

Not what I was expecting! It's tiny probably only good for a very small ultra light rod.

It holds my rod so I don't get a cramp in my arm. Also, when the line gets all tangled and I need to set up a new rig it's easier if I use the rod holder. It digs right into the ground and stays put.

This worked well for a few times but was not sturdy. Would not work in harder soil and broke easily.

Used these on a day of spot-hopping around a large brackish lake. They worked great in various conditions. They fit in my backpack, extend just long enough to be really useful, and are solid enough to not worry about breaking them with normal use. I think I will buy more in time.I forgot one at a spot and drove 20 minutes back to get it because I like them so much.

Probable the best rod holder I have ever owned for more than a year. The other type like this that has the push buttons always get stuck over time as mud and sand get in and jam them up. This one has a twist top so it works amazing and hasn't gotten jammed once!
