Apparently the manufacturer of these shoes are not consistent with sizes. I ordered the exact same shoe, the exact size (13W), previously, and they fit perfectly. My most recent purchase of these shoes are wider than the last pair, so I had to put in inserts and wear thicker socks so they don't slip off. I should have just returned them. Live and learn, I guess.

The shoes are great, but I received the wrong color. I ordered white and received gray… there’s no way to contact the vendor to exchange the shoes and received new one. (Only return through Amazon)I’ll change my rating if I get the right color shoes.

Have ordered shoes 3 times from Amazon and this was the only one that fit correctly. Glad they did because they're great looking shoes! And very comfortable. Ordered 9.5 which is what I usually wear.
