This agility ladder from Sportneer is a good addition to my training gear. It's great for both indoor and outdoor workouts, helping improve agility, footwork, balance, and coordination. I've been using it with kids to work on their gross motor skills, and it's been both fun and effective. The set includes two 10-foot ladders that can be connected to make a 20-foot ladder, which is handy for varying drills. The rungs are adjustable, so you can customize the spacing to suit different exercises. It comes with a carry bag, making it easy to pack up and take to the park or gym.One thing to note: when using it indoors on hardwood floors, it tends to slide around a bit. It's not a big issue, but you might need to adjust it occasionally or find a way to secure it. Outdoors, especially when you use the included ground stakes, it stays put nicely. If you’re new to agility training, it’s worth looking up drills online since no guide is included. One neat tip: try using it for lateral and backward movement drills, not just forward footwork—it’s great for overall body control.✔ Pros:Durable materials that hold up to regular useAdjustable rungs for personalized workoutsLightweight and easy to carry with the included bagPerfect for improving speed, agility, and coordinationGreat for various sports training and skill levelsWorks for all ages✘ Cons:Can shift on smooth indoor surfacesNo exercise guide includedThis review takes a look at the "Agility Ladder Speed Training Set" made by Sportneer.

I wanted this for my teen to practice footwork for martial arts, volleyball, and badminton. I think agility and balance are important for all activities. She’s only used it indoors, so that’s what I’m using for my review. These were easy to set up on the play mats layed wall-to-wall on the cork flooring in my basement. They lay firmly and didn’t have any more movement than ones I’ve used for sport outdoors. We’ve tried different numbers of rungs (6, 8, and 12) with no real difference in the function. There’s no odour to them. They come with a storage bag that fits all components, which makes them convenient to store in a basement cabinet. These are an excellent price and, given their ease of use, I think they’re worth 4.5 stars.

This is a nice set of agility ladders. They fold nicely for storage in the included storage bag. They can be used separately when you want two ladders or you are short on space or you can use them together. The ladders have plastic rungs and lay flat nicely. They remind me of rulers. They come with metal anchors to use outside on grass but I have only been using them in the house so far. While they include some footwork exercises in the product listing, it would have been nice if they included an exercise sheet in the package.

My boys like this! As football players, and workout enthusiasts, they appreciate having this addition to the workout equipment. It can be used just about anywhere, and it packs up nicely! Seems to be a decent quality and my boys will get great use out of it.

I got this agility ladder training set for my kid, who just started playing badminton, to help improve agility and footwork. It works great and exactly as expected. The detachable 12-rung design is convenient, and the ladder stays in place well with the included ground stakes. It’s easy to set up and store in the carry bag, making it perfect for on-the-go practice sessions. For $17.99, it's definitely worth the investment, especially for kids or anyone looking to enhance their coordination and speed. It’s been a great tool for agility training!

If the kids are into soccer, hockey, lacrosse or any sport where agility is key, then you should have one of these ladders set up in the backyard (or in the basement) so they can practice foot work.Velcro on the two 10-foot ladders allows you to connect them into a 20-foot span. For outdoor use, the included ground spikes will keep them locked down to the grass. The plastic “rungs” are reasonably thick and should be able to withstand being stepped on or gently kicked, same with the nylon straps. Everything folds up into a small package that stows away in the included carry bag. For this price, it's a great training aide for active kids.

The agility ladder comes with its own waterproof bag that fits all the pieces into one place. Included are two ladders with six rungs each and eight metal stakes to hold the ladders into the ground (For grassy or dirt based surfaces only). Each ladder is ten feet in length and has a hook loops on the ends that you can chain together to make one big twenty feet ladder. Made of a PP plastic ,the rungs are flexible and durable so you can be as rough as you want and it will still hold shape. The rungs can be adjusted on the side straps too for different gap lengths in-between up to seventeen inches. The straps holding the rungs in place are made of nylon so they too are also very durable. Along the sides are big loop holes that you can place the stakes into the ground to keep it in place. When using for agility and/or footwork exercises, the ladders provide an endless way to innovate your workouts as there are different drills you can do repeatedly without getting bored. Overall, the ladders are a great high-quality training tool for all ages and provide a fun way to work on your nimbleness and speed without ever repeating the same exercise over and over again.
