I bought the lights for an outdoor application. I liked the fact that there was 2 independant strings with each string having its own solar charge controller. Each controller had many programmed light functions. Ie, blinking, fading etc.

The fitment said it was for 305 chevys, but it doesn’t fit my 85 LG4 and 86 LG4 for my Firebird and Camaro.

I installed it and it works just fine. The stock one is 195 degrees, but I wanted something a little cooler. Be aware that it doesn't come with the gasket that you need for the install.
