I used this on a trumpet. It goes on easy - maybe too easy as it will drip. Make sure you put a rag or paper towel underneath to catch any drips. It lubricates fine but I can't say it works better than the paste grease I had been using. It's too soon to tell how long it will last.

I used this on my Piccolo trumpet and also my regular trumpet. After a week of use this slide grease is still working great. Nice small size allows me to keep in the trumpet case without taking up too much room.

After using this I won't use my other stuff.Though synthetic I'm very empressed with it. They've made a good product.I don't need alot to get the smoothness & accurate sound I need for my tuning slide. And I mean SMOOTH!I get the feeling that I also won't have to apply it as frequently either.Good Price point as well.Yes, you will appreciate this particular lubrication product!

This works incredibly well. Used on a tuning slide that never moved well since purchasing second hand. After using this slide grease it was a dramatic improvement.

I've been using this for a couple months now and my many french horn slides are much easier to move. Maybe it's the synthetics but it doesn't get gummy like the little tubs of grease. I haven't needed to re-apply as much or as often.I am not going back to the old stuff.
