New to the hobby, bought these guys due to a high figure count for the price point. Not disappointed at all! They come easy to assemble, and if you plan it out ahead of time you can even mix and match parts for different poses. You’re not left with too much in the way of extras as far as equipment goes, and the only knock I could give these is the faces aren’t detailed to the point where you can see the features upon painting, but that could be surely due to my beginners skill level so I’ll give 5 stars.

This kit is actually from the latter part of the 1970s, when Tamiya ruled the roost. As typical of the time, you get eight figures packed inside a dramatically illustrated box. While a bit chunky with moderate flash, they do require a bit of work to look good. Deft brushwork should bring them up to an acceptable level. Surprisingly, the helmet decals are still included. The figures are wearing uniforms typical of 1939-42. They are made to be riding/advancing alongside a tank, but of course, they could be placed in other diorama settings. The usual personal gear is included, although switching them out with the weapons from the Tamiya weapons set wouldn't hurt. Recommended, if you don't mind a bit of prep work.

Brilliant !!!! I now have to buy the tank to put em all on ! I'm so excited about getting back into models ! AH hahaha ! I am only fifty three .... AH hahaha . Unfortunately my wife is NOT so impressed ...... AH ha hahaha ! This set I first made when I was still at stinking skill ! Twas the only thing that kept me SANE ! The figures are well detailed and brilliantly posed ! Where are my paints and brushes ? Oh DEAR !!!!!!!!! expletive .
