If you are the type that wants to play around with lots of settings, you can get as deep as you want using the toneprint app. If you need to play around with settings in real time (i.e. during a show), you might hate this because there is only one knob to twist. Once I find the compression setting I like best (whether a factory toneprint or a toneprint that I have tweaked and saved) I leave it set that way and don't need to edit again. Having the single knob means I'm not going to accidentally knock any setting out. You simply dial in how much of the effect you want with the single knob and that's all there is to it.
