The best feature is the centre speaker as it plays voices clearly. On the other side, the remote is very difficult for setting volume, the increments are either small or large. Also there is little volume to the rear speakers, very difficult to enjoy those sounds. Finally it is not compatible to my TCL tv which operates Atmos sound as the sound bar does DTS. It is okay for a budget system but there are better soundbars out there.

I picked this up at full price it's good. It'd be way better if it was on sale nonetheless it's a great pick up for watching movies, playing games. Anything entertaining, the remote is okay feels like if I drop it, it'll break apart.

I only just recently bought this soundbar and have not completely finished setting it up. The device is heavy which for a speaker is a good thing. The sound is a big improvement over my 10 year old TV's sound.I connected the device to my TV using an optical cable. I could not use a HDMI connection since my TV does not support ARC HDMI.

Wow!! I didn’t even know what I’ve been missing. This speaker and sub is a major upgrade from just tv speakers. Big bass boost for that real cinema feel when watching movies. Also has a standard mode when you don’t want the booming bass. Speech enhancement mode for those shows you don’t want to miss a word on. Can’t say enough good about this set up!

Stopped working after 5 or 6 months.The rear surround speakers are so quiet they might aswell not even be included .Sound was decent in the beginning but stopped connecting to sub shortly after.Customer service was a complete headache and took forever for me to get my refund

It’s a great sound bar for the price, our media room is about 200 sqft so this works perfectly. There is a break in period with this soundbar which took about 2 weeks for us with regular evening use. We keep it at about 10-25 volume wise, or it gets too loud. A lot of oomph behind this thing!

System is good value. I bought to replace a 10 year old LG soundbar and wanted equivalent bass. This system has similar bass (more watts technically) but the volume limit is lower than expected. The volume up and down on the remote is also very sensitive. Needs to be held when adjusting but when held a second too long it will jump all the way down or up.

For the sale price I got it at being sub $300 this is an excellent pickup. I had an old Vizio sound bar that did not support arc meaning I needed to use two remotes, with this my TCL qm8 tv remote works perfectly with the soundbar.Soundbars quality is good, it’s crisp but not overly sharp. I have not played around with the settings yet but for an out of the box experience I am quite happy.The subwoofer has a nice kick to it, doesn’t distort at high volumes and being wireless is nice allowing me to place the sub behind to couch.Regarding the negativity on the rear speakers here are my thoughts. I saw a lot of comments online regarding the rear speakers being very quiet which isn’t true. If you’re watching proper 5.1 Dolby content they louden up at the right moments and blend in. I think people are failing to understand your rear speakers are not supposed to stand out, they’re supposed to blend the sound around you. When you are watching non 5.1 content, yes the rears are barely noticeable which is to be expected.TLDR for $300 you can’t go wrong. The information online about the rears being quiet isn’t true for me, maybe tcl updated them or people are not watching proper Dolby content.
