Buying bike parts online is always a crapshoot with so many counterfeit/knockoff goods. These are OEM bulk parts and arrive in plain plastic bags - not entirely unusual but a bit of a red flag.That said, the forging and quality seems excellent and I'm willing to say that even if they aren't legit, they're good quality.I ended up using these as a single brake (as opposed to cross levers) on a single speed bike. Installation was simple as the mounting ring is split - just bolt them on the handlebars and run your cable through. There's a small grub screw for setting the pre-pull and of course a threaded barrel adjuster (which is cammed for easier adjustment) . There's obviously lots of factors in brake feel but these were comfortable and while short, were easy to modulate.
