I’ve got a handfull of guppies and some shrimp and this is all they get, although i only feed twice a day for my main tank while the bottle says to feed 3 times a dayIt also lasts a fair while, easily more than a month per canister of food but that’s subject to how often you feed, and how many fish you have

Quick Review:I've been keeping cichlids for over 30 years now, and have tried just about every food out there. I currently have 6 tanks running, all with cichlids of some variety.First off, this bottle is a pretty good value given the cost.All of my cichlids love this stuff. (Although mine are not overly picky) I feed them about 8 different types of food, so they have a really good, and well balanced diet.Does not cloud the water at all which I appreciate.Do note the higher 48% crude protein levels. Fine for most cichlids, however some are entirely herbivores, and this is too high in protein for them. I keep a few species of Tropheus, this would surely give them bloat, which is very hard to treat, and almost always fatal. (Herbivores require a 30-35% spirulina based diet)Overall it's a nice addition to my feeding regiment, and I don't really have too many complaints here.I also use some higher quality foods, but they do cost much more, which is why I rotate different types of foods.

This product took a long time being delivered. I went to Winnipeg and Back (Thompson) twice since I ordered this. Not impressed with the wait. Overall I am completely satisfied with the product. My cichlid's love this stuff!
