A friend had this album 45 years ago and I had borrowed it. I loved it then and I was glad to get reacquainted with this stellar line up of players. Very well-remastered for CD. Muddy Waters and Big Mama Thornton and less known but strong players.. Eddie Cleanhead Vinson is a revelation. A must have f you love the blues.

Maybe not as sonically accurate as the MobileFidelity Sound Labs Half Speed Master of this material, but the contents are there.Many important blues artists doing some classic renditions.For listening on small audio gear this CD set is fine.
