Measuring Methods
Method 1
Measure the diameter of your old seatpost and select the same size.
Method 2
Wrap a small piece of paper around the seatpost,mark the overlap and measure the length of the piece,devided by 3.14 to figure out the diameter.
Method 3
If you don't have a seatpost,measure the inner diameter of your bicycle frame tube.

This is a good seat post. However, I ordered it twice due to the confusion with sizes. The first one was 1mm larger (my suggestion is to measure the external not internal diameter of a pipe). The product has instructions but it's easy to make a mistake without high precision tools. But overall it fits well now

Works very well.The most important thing is to measure your requirement accurately. Only way to do that is with a micrometer. The fit in the post and for the seat is excellent. Good purchase.

I'm a heavy 330 Lb Mountain bike rider and I needed to make some modifications to my new bike since my old stem and seat were not able to handle my weight. This was a good purchase. If you plan on purchasing please follow instructions and check to see what size fits your bike.
