Step 1--Taking out the dust cleaning gel with your hands, knead a few times

I’ve ordered several of these for myself and gifts. Some have been great then some will be too runny to use. I should have returned the ones I’ve bought that were faulty but never thought to do so. I’ve also had family members order also but they haven’t had any luck - they’ve been too runny for use. A consistent product would be great because the couple that have been useful are great to use in my vehicles!!

This product was runny and I was NOT able to use at all . Could not get it out of the container unless I wanted a runny mess in my hand.The other 2 I bought were just fine but this container was USELESS and i threw it out.I could not return since I bought it early for a Christmas present for a friend and it was then past the return date.. I bought these for my daughter's car and it did a great job. Collected the fine particles and looked much better after using. Slight smell that was not a problem and I am scent sensitive. Slight bit of sticky residue that seemed to go away during the time she vacuumed the floor mats.Easy to use and does as promised.

The gel work ok, I would say it is the BEST. But it does pick up dirt with it, it can be MORE sticker for sure. After using it I find it is really sticky after words.

I'm using this in winter to clean my car. It may get more "melty" in summer, but so far it's worked very well for cleaning the small crevices in the car. It's too bad it can't be cleaned and reused, but that's the nature of the product. As I've seen others mention, it's good to tear off a small piece and use it so you don't contaminate the entire container.

I bought this because my son has a bunch of lego sets that he’s built and has displayed so they collect dust. I was nervous that it would be sticky and start to remove the bricks, but it worked great! If you zoom in on the picture you can see on the left how dusty this castle was, and the right is where I’d already cleaned it. It didn’t leave any residue and was simple to use. I will be buying more when I need it. The only slightly negative thing is that you don’t rinse the dust off so it goes from a pretty peach to a nasty brown but it still works so I don’t care!
