Purchased for a camping trip, had power to charge them up, and the baby moniter didn't even last 2 hours. Now it doesn't turn on at all, and the parent moniter has to stay plugged I'm at all times or it doesn't work. Not worth it!

Item arrived in timely manner. All pieces as expected and worked well for about 3 months. After 3 months the parent unit would no longer charge and could only be used if plugged in. After contacting the company, they sent me a new parent unit free of charge. This worked well again for about 3-4 months of very minimal use. The same issue occurred that the parent unit would no longer take a charge and required being plugged in at all times to work. This made the baby monitor non functional for me as it was used when being outside doing lawn work, or in the camper. Disappointing to have the same issue occurring with such minimal use.

We used this monitor as a solution to the hire emission image monitors. It works really well for us, and does the trick. Unfortunately it picks up our white noise machine in the sound trigger mode, but for how simple it is, that's not unreasonable. We had an issue where the parent unit stopped holding a charge, but was very accommodating and replaced the unit with no hassle.

This thing works fine, we use it all the time for our son. The only problem we have is HOW EASY IT IS TO ACCIDENTALLY TURN A BRIGHT LIGHT ON IN THE BABY’s ROOM WITHOUT EVEN REALIZING IT! An accidental tap of the power button on the parent unit will remotely turn a light on the baby unit, with only a quiet, split second “boop” sound to let you know you’ve done it at all. If you keep your kid’s room dark like we do, this could easily wake them up. And with the buttons arranged along the outer edge, it’s super easy to accidentally hit a button. Imagine your annoyance walking into your crying baby’s room only to find this stupid light shining that probably woke them. I can’t think of any reason we’d want to use this feature, for us it only exists anger sleep deprived parents.Otherwise it’s a pretty good unit.

I got it for camping and it worked great! Range is decent and the sound quality was good-it took out background noise no problem. Battery lasted the whole weekend (1 nap, a few hours at night while we hung out after baby went to sleep). The baby unit must be plugged in by USB or use the plug. We had it plugged in a Milwaukee Drill Battery, but a portable charger for laptops work too. The parent unit is wireless and must be charged from time to time. It lets you know when the battery is dying. The light seems bright on the baby unit at first but it dims after a minute or so.

A little flimsy feeling, and only the parent unit is rechargeable, the child unit is not. I ordered these for camping the had to additionally purchase a battery back up to power the child unit so I could use them. Slightly disappointed I paid 40$ plus the 25 for the battery pack up when I could have used the monitor I already have with the battery back up alone.

I heard about TimeFlys' quality products from my friend who used them for her son last year. The first impression was mostly "brilliant devices", "quality audio and visual", and "confusing user's manual". When I unboxed my order to watch after my niece last week, I discovered that this set of monitors is super user-friendly and convenient to use. The audio feature is top-quality, which saved me a lot of energy to babysit my niece. I was even able to work on my portfolio while on duty, so applause to the user's experience department. The user's manual comes in many different languages and concise guidelines. As a multilingual (English/Mandarin/French), I was able to interpret and quickly adjust to using this kind without major difficulties. One piece of advice is to work on a few typos and spelling on the user's manual. Although it has made a huge improvement from the "Chinglish" impression I heard last year, it can still take some work to clarify potential confusion. In the manual, there can also be a sign that guides the users to find the cables underneath the devices. A 5-star experience overall!

The unit is extremely sensitive and will pick up ANY and ALL noise a the room. Super easy to use. This is the second monitor we've purchased and I wish I had found it sooner. Especially for the price. *Update* a bit disappointed that after a short period of time the handheld unit stopped charging.
