This attachment fits standard Forks and what looks like will fit up to 6" wide Forks. The unit comes with a pin that looks like it would be used for some sort of additional attachment but it is of no use unless you have some sort of other attachment that fits into the center (where the 5th wheel hitch goes). I like the functionality that it offers with the ball and the 2" receiver built on to allow greater uses without having to change out the setup. I would recommend the Reese 5th wheel towing plate (plastic guard) that protects the plate and allows easier movement without having to grease up the attachment plate area. Otherwise, just coat the playe in grease before moving a 5th wheel so that it moves easier. Could be because it is new, but the attachment perked around a bit without greasing it. I later greased it and it was fine but greasy. So when I bought the Reese plate guard it moved with ease and I no longer had to worry about grease getting everywhere.Cons: while this doesn't look strongly built in the pictures, it actually seems pretty sturdy and durable. However the rings for anchoring the attachment to the forklift are thin and not durable at all. The welds could be broken with a lightweight 7k trailer with a hard enough jerk. I can only imagine a heavier 10- 15k 5th wheel trailer getting jerked and then losing the whole thing because of a cheap weak weld. First thing I would do when getting it is to weld on some heavy duty D rings or something to both sides and anchor them to your forklift. Also, the anchoring bolts that are supposed to anchor the thing to your Forks don't go down very deep AND wobble around even with extra support pushed into the fork sleeves on the attachment to bring up the Forks more to fill the void. But these never work with any fork attachment product ever made anyhow so stick to the chain and D rings and it should be fine.Lastly, I did put a scratch in the front end of my 5th wheel because of my freight guard on my forklift. The attachment brings the 5th wheel pin in a bit too close to the guard and when in a turn it moved slightly and scratched my trailer. Obviously my fault but if it was back further or if you had longer Forks (mine are standard 48" x 4" wide) it would keep it away from the lift better.

This is a very good quality hitch for a forklift. There are multiple options between the standard ball and the 2" hitch. It also has the option for a reverse 5th wheel connector.

A must have for any home based forklift. I can move 5 separate trailers with this adapter. I opted to drill holes six inches from the fork ends then used 5/8 inch pin to lock the adapter to the forks.
