Used this, this summer to dig up Alberta Roses and it did the job very well. Not too heavy to carry around but very durable and can cut roots pretty good as well.

Good materials, sharp spade shape. Only thing not happy with is there is very slight play where the wood meets the metal. But that slight wobble doesn’t seem to be getting any worse with challenges of digging up areas with lots of roots that have to be pried out of the densely packed rocky soil.
