These compression tights are well enough made. Plenty of stretch. I like the knee padding but I’m not sure the tailbone padding would do much. The issue is the sizing. It is way off from the description. My son should be an XL based on their sizing- but these tights are SMALL. I’d suggest sizing by at least 1 maybe 2.

These leggings are a great idea, however the fabric doesn’t look like it would last long. The knee padding are great but the butt pad is not big enough to cover much. Size is a bit off too. Not crazy about this one.

As suggested by other reviewers, I decided to order a size up and am very glad I did...I recommend going up a size as well. The pants seem well made, good material, are comfortable according to my child who will be wearing them for basketball. The gel-type padding is great quality and absobs shock and impact well, protecting the knees and tailbone when hitting the floor. My child loves them, they work as expected, and I am pleased with the order.

These run VERY small.My son is a very tall, slim 10-year-old and usually wears a size 10-12 (or 12-14 if something has an elastic waistband). Based on the other review, I ordered a youth XL and figured that if the pants were way too big, I could maybe use them (I'm a women's S/M).Lol. Definitely not too big. These are TINY. I knew they wouldn't be full length but they are awkward capri pants on my kiddo, and the waist is absolutely miniscule, per the photo.I am still giving it three stars because the fabric is decent and the padding on the knees is actually really nice. If they fit better, I could see them being very helpful for football, skateboarding, or snowboarding. Unfortunately, these aren't going to work unless I can figure out a way to stretch them out.
