The revolving tray is great but cheaply designed, the little back rest in the seat it self is fantastic for working , as it adds leverage and some back support , the adjustment of height is great , if one is on their knees a lot This is great , it’s definitely designed well sturdy , keep in mind this is for low work ,

Been using it for two days now, so far I’m impressed and glad I bought it. Rolls very easily. It won’t easily roll over a thick extension cord like some people complained about but that’s not a reasonable expectation in my opinion. Stitching is solid unlike some who complained. It’s very sturdy, the backrest makes it much more comfortable than the flat seat I used to have and sometimes slid off of. The notch in the upper backrest makes it easy to grab to pick up, and the seat back gives me something to push against with my hands to assist my weak knees when I get up. Took tray is nice and large. At first I had a problem that I thought would result in a one star rating and a return. After assembled, the seat was stuck in the lowest position. I ran to the reviews and found another person had the same problem, he rated it one star and apparently never resolved it. I thought crap, I need this thing now but I have to return it since the lowest position is way too low for my long legs. But I could not get the seat to come off to disassemble it no matter how hard I tried. How am I going to send it back if I can’t repackage it? Out of frustration, I pulled up on the handle so hard that I thought I’d break it. I expected to bend the handle by pulling so hard but it didn’t, and then suddenly pop, up went the seat! Now works fine. Very stable, comfortable, easy to move around, and most of all… it looks great! Envious looks firm neighbors when working on the car in the driveway.

Update 8-9-22:I still love my chair! It's made doing the things I need to do so much easier. The seat gives better support & is more comfortable than I expected. And recently one of the wheels lost all its bearings. So I contacted the company & talked to a lady named named Meg. She was so helpful & took the steps to take care of the problem. She didn't hesitate to help me. I would totally recommend not just the chair but the company & how they took care of me as well!!! Thank you Traxion!June 2021:I love it! I just got it so this is what I can tell you about it right now. It was super easy to put together so if there are any ladies out there that need something like this it's only 5 nuts & assembling the parts in the right order. I plan on using it for my gardening. It has a somewhat smaller wheel radius than my office chair. The tray underneath the seat can hold a lot of stuff & you can rotate it for easier access to what you need. The casters roll really smoothly. It's often hard to find things like this that are built to handle us plus size gals but this feels really safe & sturdy. The seat is comfortable. It doesn't fully support the lumbar area but they don't claim it does so that's something I knew before I bought it. I plan on getting a foam wedge to help with that. The seat is well padded & comfortable. The only thing that I could find to remotely wrong with this is that they wrote in the assembly manual that it takes a 11/16 wrench or socket but it actually takes a 9/16 wrench or socket. But it comes with a little wrench that fits it, although I would recommend using a socket instead of a wrench to fully tighten the nuts. So far I'm really happy with it. This is a great chair for working in the garage. After a couple years the plastic wheels picked up a lot of garage grit. I bought a 4 pack of FREEDARE Scooter Wheels 120mm ($30) on amazon and with a couple washers on each wheel it has transformed the chair to 5 stars! It glides effortlessly and silently now. Changing direction is effortless. It should come with these wheels that have actual bearings in them.

I bought this seat to do work on my motorbike in my small garage. It works great. I seat comfortably low, close to the engine and other parts that need servicing. Saves your knees and back. Big wheels means you roll easily around to grab tools, etc.Good product, recommended.

Pros: it is very comfortable.Cons: base is made of thin white metal. Broke after a few months. Upholstery Staples were falling apart upon delivery. Had a new base welded up and super glue on the chair itself. Despite this, it is still the best chair I've owned. I use it in my tattoo parlor and spend many long hours on it

I use this in my shop due to mobility issues in my hips and knees. The handy rotating storage rack, large wheels, adjustable vertical height option, and large comfortable rotating seat make this an outstanding product for my needs. I recently masked (taped) a very large room in preparation for painting and caulking baseboards. I could never have accomplished this on my knees or in any other position. The unit enabled me to tape and caulk with both comfort and speed. I am thinking of buying a second one and unreservedly recommend it.

Loved the product. Quality seems to be exactly what I was looking for. The wheels are an awesome size, but I would’ve liked sturdier wheels. Maybe a wider base on the wheels would’ve been preferable, I would’ve also liked it to have rubber for gripping purposes. The one fault I found with this chair was that when you pick the tray up it falls out of that slot and it doesn’t actually lock into place it sits in place with the use of gravity.Overall I would recommend this product.

Reviewed May 20- 2018I just assembled my Traxion2-230 and found myself very impressed with it. Assembly was incredibly simple, requiring only one tool, a T40 Torx head to secure the wheels to the base. The seat is very comfortable and the larger wheels seemed to roll across a shop floor with less effort than the smaller wheels found on other units by different manufacturers. I am 6'4" & 245 pounds and found that this unit was able to handle my weight with ease. I was slightly apprehensive about buying this unit after reading other reviews talk about the under seat tool tray being cheap. Fact is, it is rather thin plastic. But, I don't see it deterring from the value in any way. The tray still performs as designed, it just feel cheap. Aside from that, nothing about the unit feels cheap in any way.Pros; overall solid design, can accommodate people that weigh over 250 poundsCons: tool tray made from relatively thin plastic and feels cheap, but still performs well

Sturdy, comfy, smooth rolling, great tool tray and easy assembly. Best on the market for the price. I'm 270lb and this stool is just the thing for working on my vehicles. Holds me up and has a wide base and great wheels. Awesome!

This chair is such poor quality. Not only have all my casters broke after 2 months of use. Maybe a total of 15 hours in the chair. The swivel tray is garabage. It constantly hits your feet. The chair needs some sort of divider support for the tray. Laying down on the base is poor design. The casters broke with ease and now I have to spend an additional $50 in new casters so this garbage of a chair will work properly. If I would've known that I needed to spend an additional $50 for decent casters. I would've passed. Padding on the chair is nice but overall the chair is bulky. Buy the cheap stools and throw new casters on. Better in the long run
