The fit and finish of these rods for the cost is really good. I have purchased 3. I landed a 182lb striped Marlin on one paired with a Penn squall 30VSW last week in Cabo San Lucas:) Service is great! There was a small issue with one of the rods, Fishappy took care of it right away. I couldn’t be happier.

Once I got this I was impressed by the looks of it. Seems like it will hold up nicely. One thing was that the tip mas misaligned by some degrees. Thought of returning it but I think it shouldn't be a problem. You would think that a misalignment would be a thing of the past with so many modern manufacturing processes and quality control. Guess that's not the issue here. Maybe I'll update this once I get some real fish time with the rod.

Good rod! Its a fantastic heavy duty rod.Good for trolling big fish such as striper even tuna.Im really excited can get this quality rod in a good price. I think I will recommend it to my fishingmate.
