Für Training daheim perfekt insbesondere wenn man nicht viel Platz hat oder etwas baulich verändern kann. Die App ist meiner Meinung nach nicht zu gebrauchen aber dafür ist das Produkt gut verarbeitet und hält auch stabil mit mit der Türhalterung in der Tür perfekt für das schnelle Workout daheim. Der Preis ist relativ hoch jedoch ist die Qualität der Verarbeitung auch dementsprechend hoch.

I didn't actually recieve a stainless Steel shaker I got a plastic one...so that was disappointing :(But aside from that an amazing piece of equipment.

This product is exactly as described. If one has a sturdy door with a reasonable clearance, one can participate in a full-body training session. I am enjoying exercising in y home with full benefits. I completely endorse this product.

This is everything you need to do a full TRX workout at home. The bands are a bit thinner than the full version but they are very sturdy and I can't see them wearing out anytime soon. The mounting plate that comes with is very strong as are the included bolts. I wish I would have bought this sooner.
