I have a few boulders already and really like them for my commander decks. This is the first solid color one I've gotten, all the other ones are transparent, and it feels a little different overall. First off they feel a lighter then the original ones and gives them a feel like it's cheaply made. This in mind the construction is over all solid but the sides look a little bowed on the bottom price, this doesn't affect the fit of the cards in the box so it's fine. The second thing that comes to mind is the texture is different from the originals and out of the box it feels slightly sticky, and I don't know why. The last thing I've noticed is that the back part where the two halfs fit together is a little tight and doesn't come apart when opening the case very easily, to the point where it's annoying but I expect it will get better with use. Shipping was fine but the box got a little dinged up bit it's not an issue. Overall I would get another boulder but I don't know if I would pick up another solid and may stick with the original versions.Update: box is still great and like I expected it opens and closes better now. This update is more of an FYI about double sleeved decks. Gamegenic double sleeve kits fit great with room for tokens, Ultrapro eclipse and kmc inners also fit great, but Dragonshield inners and outer sleeves will not fit correctly. Kind of annoying since I got this box specifically for that deck... but it is what it is.

This arrived with some scuffs on it. You get what you pay for, its not a great product but its not bad either. Would recommend if you're just looking for something cheap.

no more fingerprints on these! don't have to worry about top card getting sun bleached. no soft feel coating. very nice. and the sides aren't warped like the RTE boxes.good quality plastic and opens/closes well. this version will be my go-to for boulder boxes.
