I have this on a mat on the floor next to my treadmill. Between the two, I get more exercise (measured by sweat) on the bike than on the treadmill. I've taken to using both along with hand weights for an all-around good workout. As mentioned, this went up quickly and fit the lugs on my 1978 Peugeot road bike with no modification (other than normal adjustment). Feels solid and after 4 or 5 rides shows no issues. I did learn not to crank the roller onto the tire too tight-- was noisy when I did so and unnecessary, when I backed it off, I was able to find the best setting to avoid slippage with the least force-- quiet enough for me to easily watch TV as I ride...

This trainer is honestly not bad. If you donāt want to break the bank then this is the one for you. It works for what itās intended for. I donāt mess with the āresistanceā too much instead I set it and change gears as Applicable.The only downside is the sturdiness. At first it wasnāt too much of an issue. The stand it self would wobble a bit, no big deal I just put a small piece of wood under the leg. Well now, months after owning it, itās gotten worse somehow. So now I have to put a bigger piece of wood underneath. Still not the end of the world. Iām no professional and Iām not training for a triathlon. This works just fine for everyday use.

I bought this trainer thinking that my bike would fit it based on āroad bikeā. Which gives my age away since road bike to me was a single speed like I have based on your own actions and in todayās world road bike has gears on back tire to help one make it happen. So alas trying to get it set up my friend and I realized the difference of why it wasnāt working. Then I realized my return expiration date had expired while my tire was being fixed. When I notified Unisky - they stepped up with a partial refund to assuage my misunderstanding which has helped. What I do want potential buyers to know the trainer is well built, sturdy and comes together easily with the right bike! And The Unisky service team is very helpful and wants to make sure your item meets your needs for your cycling goals. That means a lot and Very Worth it to me even though my bike didnāt work on it! I bought this back at the end of Dec 2020. It was delivered fast from the manufacturer I believe, and it was packaged well.The set up was a bit tricky for me, maybe not for some that don't care much for detail. No matter how much I tried I could not get the back tire of my bike to be centered on the roller of the trainer. I contacted customer service and they got back to me within a few hours. They felt it was because my bike tire axil width was extra wide. That was not it, I have a standard road bike from the early 1990s with a quick release skewer. The thing is that the red handle on the trainer when pushed down should come out further into the center, that is the issue. I replaced my skewer with the one they supplied, that helped a very small amount, the end caps on that skewer come out a bit more than my skewer.Other than this the trainer works very well. It is relatively quiet, yeah it does make some noise depending what gear I have my bike in, what resistance I have on the dial and also how far the knob is turned in on the trainer roller. The tires on my bike are like bald skinny tires so that helps I am sure. I wear earbuds so its basically quiet to me. There was a learning curve to using the resistance dial, but once you figure it out and how to use the dial resistance levels with the different gears on your bike, you can pretty much find the resistance you want. You also have to figure how much to tighten the resistance knob on the trainer to get this all to work. Also my bike on the trainer is relatively stable. I bought a KOM trainer block to use with it, and the combo works pretty nicely. I can even stand up and pedal from time to time, which I do carefully.I have been using this trainer about twice a week for about an hour each time since January and I am very pleased with it. Customer service also refunded a percentage of the price because of my trouble. So for me at least - good product, good company.

Its affordable, does the job, no assembly required. I see reviews saying it is noisy. Sure it makes noise, but thats to be expected. My only gripe is that the tension adjust knob doesnt move the magnet enough. between the lowest and highest setting the magnet only moves a fraction, not enough to increase the resistance.
