Purchased to wear at football games. The poncho served the function of keeping me dry but the pouch to keep it in appeared poorly made and came apart at the seems after first use.

Also, comes packed in a thin plastic pouch and a heavier canvas-like outer pouch. And yes, you can get the poncho back in the pouch if you fold it neatly.

Seams are taped and there are 3 snaps on each side to help keep it closed in wind. Looses a star because minor quality control issues that do not affect function. Nice surprise it comes with 2 bags one mollie and one rip stop pouch.

I ordered this poncho for an upcoming long trip. (I'm expecting a rainy season.) I actually have a poncho that I like a lot, but it's more expensive and I don't want to risk loosing it or damaging it on this trip.I like this poncho overall and for the price I think this is a very nice poncho. This poncho even includes tie downs in the four corners. So, if you want to use this as a make shift shelter you can! I don't think I'd rate this as "plus size" that being said it's certainly big enough for me at 5'8".Ok, I got a few gripes, but I want to preface them by saying I still really like this poncho and have decided to give this 5 stars. (If I could I would give it 4.5 stars.)1. I wish the bill of the hood was a bit stiffer. It's too floppy for a down pour or heavy winds.2. Extra tie downs beyond the four would be nice.3. If the pocket on the chest was just a little bigger you could turn this in on itself and store the poncho in its own pocket. It does however come with a carry bag and the extra pouch that can clip onto a bag. So, this isn't really huge but still it's an obvious feature that could have been added. These three nit picks are just that. Me being picky. This is really a very nice value for the price. In the end I'm giving this one 5 out of 5 stars! (I might nudge it down to 4.5 if that were an option, but 4 is too harsh for a decent product.)

This poncho comes in a polyester bag and has an added camouflage pouch with molle attachments. At 5'11" and 200 lbs, this extra large poncho is more than big enough to keep me dry in a heavy rain situation. I could definitely see this fitting a much larger person, perhaps up to twice my weight. I really like the versatility of this poncho. The sides snap together to help combat the wind, and there is a small Velcro storage flap on the chest which I could see best being used to stow the polyester bag. The 4 grommets on the corners allow this to be used as a ground tarp, tent, or possibly even a sun shade. The Pancho and polyester bag weigh in at 11.6oz, and if you add the molle pouch the entire weight comes in at 15.1oz. The material is very thin and light, but fairly strong. I'm sure you could rip through it easily enough if you tried, but it seems like it would hold up against snags fairly well. Only problem that I had with this was that the right side of the hood would not tighten with the drawstring. Aside from that, I am looking forward to using this on my next bush crafting adventure.

Great performance and a nice compression bag. Fabric could feel a little more robust, but good overall.

Le poncho semble d'une bonne qualité et assez grand, mais l'étui s'est brisée dès que j'ai déballé le produit.
