Cutter sharpening stone is made from professional grade white corundum, corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant, edges and corners are clearly demarcated.
Ideal for finishing and polishing the edge, and perfect for light touch-ups to an already sharp. Edge is very near perfect.
Instructions:
1. Submerge the whetstone in water for approximately 5 minutes before every use.
2. Wipe the surface with wet cloth or rinse with water after sharpening, always dry your cutter before you store it away.
3. Do not use the whetstone to sharpen serrated scissors or ceramic knives.
4. When there is some slurry on the whetstone surface, do not scrape slurry. It helps to sharpen.

Le dimensioni si prestano per lame anche medio-grandi. Buon prodotto e con il supporto in gomma compreso si riesce ad usarla su quasi tutte le superfici. Molto sodisfatto.

Zunächst war ich skeptisch einen Schleifstein für diesen Preis zu kaufen. Jedoch habe ich zwei Rasiermesser damit wunderbar wieder herrichten können.Wohlgemerkt musste man den Stein (wie alle anderen Wassersteine auch) zunächst circa 20 min in Wasser einlegen)Achtung: für ein perfekt scharfes Rasiermesser ist weiterhin je ein Lederriemen mit und ohne Chromoxidpaste nötig.Insgesamt bewerte ich den Stein positiv. Wohlgemerkt habe ich keinen Vergleich zur Konkurrenz, kenne aber gröbere Schleifsteine für Küchenmesser. Die sich ähnlich verhalten.Da ich erst zwei Messer damit geschliffen habe, kann ich noch nichts zum Abriebverhalten sagen.

j'ai commandé cet pierre il y a 8 mois, et je dois en reprendre une car elle a fini trop creusée. Après je m'en suis servi de manière très intensive ( minimum 7 lames par semaine ).probablement pas la meilleure pierre 10 000 mais pour ce prix et sa durée en usage normal, elle est tout a fait suffisante.
