Although this drain cover is not as thick and heavy as the rusty old one it is replacing, it definitely gets the job done. It looks so much better than what is there at the moment.

I was unable to find a 6 inch grate so i stuck this to my broken plastic drain cover and it worked a treat

I used it to replace an existing floor drain cover. Easy to install with glue but if you want to screw it in, you have to drill holes. The metal is much thinner than the original one.
