I quite like these VASLON plant support stakes. I tested them out in my 10" planter for my parlour palm and although they were quite a tight fit, I did manage to fit two half-rounds together in a circle. Using these helped me to contain my parlour palm, which was slowly growing out instead of up, in a small space before I reigned it in. I plan to mainly use these support stakes outside in my balcony garden planters where I'll try them out with strawberries, umbrella plants, and my mini pepper plants. Unfortunately it's still winter, so I haven't had the chance to test them in my garden just yet, but I think they'll work well.The metal for the supports is thick and sturdy. I really like that each support stake has a little lip on it than you can connect to another stake, so you can set them up in a circle, in a row, or as a stand alone. They are tall, so you can put them into larger and deeper planters if needed. They'd be too large for small plants, but that's not what they are meant for. As a bonus, the box includes plant clips that can be used to keep branches or climbing vines together, and sturdy zip ties for large plants as well (think rose bushes). Everything in the kit seems to be of good quality and would be useful for anyone with a balcony garden or otherwise small outdoor garden. This is a five star support stake set for me!

These are rigid and plastic coated. They aren't super tall, but they're certainly sufficient for bushier tomato and pepper plants.The half circle design makes them more flexible than the usual hoop design -- you can stick them in half way into the season if you see branches starting to sag, you don't have to start with them in place like the hoops.Comes with various accessory pieces to help keep the plant growing on/around the stake.Can be used as a single half circle, made into a circle, or added 3-or-more to surround a plant as needed.I don't have any tomatoes or peppers started yet, so I had to use some strawberry plants to stage the shot. I can add some action shots mid summer.
